In the elegant location of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Glasgow, the Italian Awards in Scotland were held on November 26 to celebrate the excellence of the best Italian restaurants in the entire nation.
The ITA0039 by Asacert certification is confirmed as Silver level, guaranteeing the 100% Made in Italy reliability of Valeria Pizza & Pasta Restaurant in Crete.
The event “Certified Made in Italy: between sustainability and biodiversity,” organized by ITA0039 | 100% Italian Taste Certification by Asacert, was held in London on November 18.
ITA0039 by Asacert is celebrating the eighth Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. The main theme of this year’s event is: “At the table with Italian cuisine: well-being with taste.”
The Academy of Italian Food and Wine Culture is born with the support of ITA0039 by ASACERT, a joint initiative of Coldiretti, Filiera Italia and Campagna Amica, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
ITA0039 will close Italian Cuisine in the World Week with an event on Nov. 18 starting at 11 a.m. in the heart of London’s Spitalfields Markets.
