Fausto Soldini created a little “Roman Empire” in Malta. He opened the first restaurant ten years ago; today he owned 8 restaurants and 120 employees. When he was young, he was employed in a restaurant where his passion for hospitality increased over the years and turned into a business. La trattoria Zero Sei is the first in Malta with a Roman soul. Thanks to Fausto plates like Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, or Amatriciana landed here and conquered tourists but above all locals!
Today his restaurants are certified ITA0039 by ASACERT in defense of the Italian Sounding to support the food and wine national culture, to be preserved.
