ITA0039 will close Italian Cuisine in the World Week with an event on Nov. 18 starting at 11 a.m. in the heart of London’s Spitalfields Markets.
“Certified Made in Italy: between sustainability and biodiversity” is the theme that will be discussed by H.E. Inigo Lambertini, Ambassador of Italy in London, Fabrizio Capaccioli, CEO of Asacert, Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio, President of the UniVerde Foundation, Stefano Potortì, President UK CONFEDERATION by CONFASSOCIAZIONI, a partner body of the initiative.
A moment of in-depth discussion dedicated to the quality and excellence of certified Italian cuisine, to promote its extraordinary values of sustainability and biodiversity, through the excellent products of our country’s tradition. Responsible production practices and certifications are able to guarantee the authenticity and wholesomeness of 100% Italian productions.
On the occasion of the event, a ceremony will be held to award the ITA | 100% Italian Taste Certification to Pizzeria “Pizza Guys” and Restaurant “Macellaio” of the Costa Group in London.
